Windows® Users
Right-click on the podcast title.
From the pop-up menu, choose "Save Target As..." (Internet Explorer®) or "Save Link As..." (Mozilla Firefox).
Choose a folder on your computer to save the MP3 file.
Double-click on it or open it from your MP3 player to play.
Macintosh® Users
While holding down the Option key, click on the podcast title to download the MP3 file in Download Manager.
If needed, drag the file from the Download Manager destination folder (usually the Desktop) to the folder where you want to keep it.
Double-click on it or open it from your MP3 player to play.
To Download from iTunes® (Mac and Windows®)
If you would like to store these podcasts in iTunes® with your other podcasts, do the following:
Open iTunes.
From the list on the left side, choose the Podcasts category.
From the main menu, choose Advanced.
From the drop-down menu, choose Subscribe to Podcast....
In the dialog box that appears, enter the URL: http://www.smi-mindbodyresearch.org/podcast1.xml and click OK.
The Podcast title "TMS MindBody Medicine Podcasts" should appear, with an orange dot to the left.
Wait until the orange dot turns blue, to indicate that the download of the first podcast is complete.
Click on the little triangle to the immediate left of the title to expand the list.
Our three podcasts should appear below, with the first one checked as downloaded.
Click the play button in the extreme upper left to play the first podcast.
